Director, Wealth Management, Investment Advisor
Tel: 604.678.8535

Sean’s experience in the financial industry spans over three decades. Starting on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange as a student, Sean immediately knew where his career would be pointed upon graduation from The University of Guelph, where he attained his Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Management and Economics. Upon graduation, Sean entered the fixed income market as an Institutional Bond Broker. After seven years he and his wife decided to leave thriving careers in Toronto and move west to Vancouver. Sean began a career as an Investment Advisor at this time.

As Director, Wealth Management, Investment Advisor and a Partner of Richardson GMP, Sean is well equipped to deliver the level of service and advice that affluent individuals, families and institutional investors demand. He is also an accredited Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), certified through the Family Enterprise Exchange (FEX). The FEA is a rare designation that uniquely equips advisors to work with affluent business families, helping them with continuity planning. It has become the national standard for identifying family enterprise specialists and to date, only 319 of these prestigious designations have been awarded in Canada.

Sean resides in North Vancouver with his wife and three children, where they enjoy an active life in the community. When not attending to his clients’ portfolios, Sean can be found spending time in the outdoors, whether it be on a mountain, ocean, road bike or golf course.
