Dean Bowe has over 25 years of industry experience, having entered the investment industry in 1988 with an Economics Degree from York University. Dean began his career at ScotiaMcLeod and continued to build his knowledge and experience at Midland Walwyn Capital Inc., CIBC Wood Gundy, HSBC Securities, and Wellington West Capital (bought by National Bank Financial) from 2006 until 2012.
Dean has achieved the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designation which is reserved solely for professionals that meet the highest standards for advanced education, ethical conduct, industry experience and endorsement from peers. Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development, he has also completed several other courses and designations offered by the Canadian Securities Institute such as the Partners, Directors and Officers course, the Canadian Investment Manager designation, and the Personal Financial Planning course. Dean has been a Portfolio Manager since 1999, qualifying him to offer individuals, corporations, and institutions discretionary portfolio management solutions.
Dean continues to innovate, adapt, refine, implement and identify on a timely basis, leading wealth management solutions for his clients. In order to offer a complete spectrum of solutions, Dean incorporated insurance capabilities into his practice over 10 years ago. Insurance solutions continue to play strong supporting roles in his practice for their tax efficiency, estate planning effectiveness and risk management control.
